As the Head of Operations, Adrian supports both the executive team, by delivering data analysis and ensuring agency’s operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way, and the agency team, by ensuring that the appropriate resources are available to meet project and client demands and by identifying ways to increase efficiency, eliminate downtime and optimize costs.
Adrian is a veteran of the advertising industry, with a robust experience in creating marketing campaigns, whether ATL, digital or BTL driven. Having worked for +20 years in creative agencies, production houses, and audio, video and photo content studios, he has delivered best-in-class content for clients in industries like retail, FMCG, telecom, oil & gas or automotive.
