Eugen Suman is the Executive Creative Director of MullenLowe Romania. He has been in this industry well over ten years and managed to work on most client categories, from financial to telco, from FMCG to tobacco and alcoholic beverages – top-notch names such as Unilever or P&G, GE Money Bank, Vodafone or T-comm, Tuborg or SAB Miller, Toyota, Dacia or Harley Davidson, L’Oreal or British American Tobacco are self-explanatory. Prior to joining MullenLowe, Eugen was Creative Director for one of the biggest digital agencies in Romania, after previously gathering regional experience within this role in advertising agencies from Prague and Bratislava. In 2013, JANDL Bratislava, a local independent Slovak agency, where he led the creative team, was awarded Agency of The Year and second best agency from New Europe at Golden Drum, and Eugen was awarded the second best Creative Director from Slovakia. A year before, he was named the 4th best copywriter in the world, according to Luerzer’s Archive. Currently, Eugen is also in full mandate as a President for ADC*RO, Art Directors Club of Romania, where he passionately invests a lot of time and effort into breeding the new creative talents of our country. Eugen enjoys writing in his spare time – he has actually already published his first novel, called “Electric bolts. Shapes beneath the skin” and is now working on a graphic novel that he hopes to finish by year’s end.
